1. These Terms and Conditions are related to the Fair Barcelona 2024 conference website. By using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

2.We own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. All these intellectual property rights are reserved.

3.You must not use our website in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.

4.To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website.

5.Our website includes links to third-party websites and services, like the external platform for ticket sales. We have no control over and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external websites and services.

6.All tickets purchased for Fair Barcelona 2024 are non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and accept this non-refundable policy. In the event that Fair Barcelona 2024 is rescheduled or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, tickets may be transferred to a subsequent event. No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Please read more in our Refund policy section.

7. These terms and conditions might be revised from time to time. The revised terms and conditions shall apply to the use of our website from the date of publication on the website.

8. We only collect personal information that you choose to provide voluntarily when using our website. More details about how we collect, use, and share your personal information are in our Privacy Policy.

Refunding and cancellation policy

Fair Barcelona will not be held liable for a failure to fulfil their obligations assumed under this Agreement when said breach is due to unexpected events or those which, where predictable, are deemed unavoidable. By way of example, such events include fires, floods, strikes, employment conflicts or workplace disorder, a shortage or unavailability of electricity and/or telecommunications networks, accidents, armed conflicts, commercial embargoes, blockages, disturbances or uprising.

In the cases referred to in the preceding paragraph, the Fair Barcelona shall be exempt from fulfilling its obligations while the circumstances causing the breach remain and shall notify the buyer within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) business days from the initial occurrence of the event.

Fair Barcelona - 18 April 2024

By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and accept Fair Barcelona refunding policy.

All tickets for Fair Barcelona 2024 are non-refundable, but they are transferable to another person for use at this event. 

​

If a ticket holder is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with Fair Barcelona 2024, someone else from the same organisation/company. 

​

Transfer requests are available up to 48 hours prior to event start time on 18 April 2024, 9 AM.

Contact hello@fairbarcelona.com for transfer requests, they can only be submitted in writing. 

​

All transfer requests must be submitted with the subject: Transfer Fair Barcelona April 2024.

Full refunds in cases of force majeure will be provided to all ticket types. No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

The policy as stated here is valid until May 2024.
